This from the League of American Bicyclists. We Iowans have all been impacted by distracted motorists and have seen our friends and family run over more often in the last few years. If you have any stories, ideas, etc., see the email address below. Ride Safe! League Invited To Distracted Driving Summit Andy Clarke, President of the League of American Bicyclists, will join other safety advocates, senior transportation officials, law enforcement representatives, elected officials and academics at the Distracted Driving Summit in Washington, D.C. on September 30 and October 1, 2009.
